Didda.

Didda practising for the Shodan grade examination at the dojo.

Kyūdō (the Japanese martial art of archery) seeks to nurture the spirit
in a meditative state, where the goal is not the target, but virtue (善, zen),
beauty (美, bi) and truth (真, shin).

Mind, body and bow become one, and each arrow is the first and last
(one shot, one life).

Autumn light, birds chirping, brewing tea, fresh morning.
Scent of pine needles, a leaf falling, a bumblebee buzzing,
the wind rustling the tree branches.
A ray of sun hits the ground, an arrow gets released, and time stops.
